W D Farm Consultants was established in 2000 to help land owning and farming clients with management issues and general agricultural advice. Although the majority of work is based locally in Devon we also act for clients in Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset and beyond.

The practical farming advice, BPS, and Higher-Tier/Mid-Tier claims and farm based grants are now handled by Nigel Down, Richard Stanbury and their colleagues at Landsense on 01769  579589.

John Ward whose background is in accountancy and financial advice continues to advise on succession and retirement planning, farm structures and trading agreements, general business advice and related matters. He also maintains strong relationships with development land specialists, rural planning consultants and valuers and assists with asset maximisation and estate management.
